By integrating AI-driven modules, both parties aim to optimise operational processes, reduce error margins, and significantly increase efficiency within the organisation.
The partnership focuses on three crucial business processes: order processing, manual administrative controls, and market monitoring of product prices. By combining the use of AI with existing systems, a scalable foundation is created, leaving Santino ready for further independent growth and digitisation.
From manual processing to intelligent automation
Many operational processes within trading and distribution organisations still consist of manual checks, administrative processing, and repetitive tasks. These processes take up time, are prone to errors, and act as a brake on scalability.
With Code for Good's new AI solution, incoming PDF orders are automatically processed and linked to Santino's ERP environment. Using smart technology, orders are automatically read, validated, and processed, allowing employees to focus on work that adds more value.
